FRCEM Final OSCE Courses

FRCEM Final OSCE Courses are meticulously designed to provide comprehensive preparation for the Membership of the Royal College of Emergency Medicine Objective Structured Clinical Examination (FRCEM OSCE). 

These courses are delivered by senior emergency medicine physicians and consultants who have trained and worked in the UK. 


The course covers eight domains across different FRCEM Final OSCE station:

- Clinical reasoning and decision-making

- Communication skills, including conflict resolution

- Practical and pinnacle skills

- Teaching skills

- History taking and information gathering

- Organization and prioritization

- Clinical examination skills

- Leadership and Management


Note: Critical apprisal staion is not covered in the this course.


Online FRCEM OSCE course is a one-day program consisting of 20 stations, where candidates will rotate between roles as the primary candidate, actor, or observer, allowing them to take notes and reflect on their performance. 

This course is designed to ensure candidates achieve a clear pass in their OSCE exam. 

Fees for the one-day online course is £299.


The face-to-face course spans two days and includes 40 stations, with 20 stations each day. candidates will rotate between roles as the primary candidate, actor, or observer, allowing them to take notes and reflect on their performance. 

Fees for the two-day in-person course is £650.
